The Coaching Philosophy of Danita M Davis

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Danita M Davis belongs firmly in the second category. Working across domestic violence / ipv support, Danita M Davis has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Danita M Davis's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Danita M Davis is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Domestic violence / IPV support, based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists domestic abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I believe our mental health is just as important as our physical health, and my goal is to remove the stigmatism that is associated with addressing what is often times referred to is “mental illness.” When in fact, one of the benefits of counseling is to find a neutral resource to directly listen to you and to help you sort through “life", when things become overwhelming and challenging." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Danita M Davis apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Danita M Davis's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
