The Coaching Philosophy of Danny Mitchell

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Danny Mitchell belongs firmly in the second category. Working across domestic violence / ipv support, Danny Mitchell has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Minneapolis, MN, Danny Mitchell's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Danny Mitchell is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Domestic violence / IPV support, based in Minneapolis, MN. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists domestic abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I’m Danny Mitchell, MA, a Pre-Licensed LPCC and one of Minnesota’s few Black male therapists, delivering telehealth therapy statewide through Radiant Recovery and Counseling Services." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Danny Mitchell apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Danny Mitchell's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
