The Coaching Philosophy of Darlene Corrales

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Darlene Corrales belongs firmly in the second category. Working across recovery (professional), Darlene Corrales has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, Darlene Corrales's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Darlene Corrales is a drug & alcohol counselor listed on TrueCoach under Recovery (professional), based in Phoenix, AZ. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I am a bilingual mental health and addiction therapist with over 16 years of experience in the field." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Darlene Corrales apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Darlene Corrales's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
