The Coaching Philosophy of Daryl Howard

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Daryl Howard belongs firmly in the second category. Working across coercive control support, Daryl Howard has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Daryl Howard's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Daryl Howard is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Coercive control support, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists domestic abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My ideal client is anyone who feels brave and willing enough to take the journey into self-discovery." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Daryl Howard apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Daryl Howard's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
