The Coaching Philosophy of Doreen Germosen

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Doreen Germosen belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Doreen Germosen has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in New York, NY, Doreen Germosen's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Doreen Germosen is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in New York, NY. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My goal is always to help my client in the way that they understand and teach them how to be independent from my care to grow into the life changes that they desire." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Doreen Germosen apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Doreen Germosen's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
