The Coaching Philosophy of Dr. Alexia Florentin

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Dr. Alexia Florentin belongs firmly in the second category. Working across menopause coaching, Dr. Alexia Florentin has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Dr. Alexia Florentin's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Dr. Alexia Florentin is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Menopause coaching, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists women's issues among the issues they work with. From their profile: "When we get the message growing up that we're "not good enough" - that we're "not worthy enough" - we spend the rest of our lives trying to prove our worth to others." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Dr. Alexia Florentin apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Dr. Alexia Florentin's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
