The Coaching Philosophy of Dr. Amber Kelley

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Dr. Amber Kelley belongs firmly in the second category. Working across domestic violence / ipv support, Dr. Amber Kelley has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Nashville, TN, Dr. Amber Kelley's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Dr. Amber Kelley is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under Domestic violence / IPV support, based in Nashville, TN. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists domestic abuse among the issues they work with. What sets Dr. Amber Kelley apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Dr. Amber Kelley's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
