The Coaching Philosophy of Dr. Jeffrey Selman

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Dr. Jeffrey Selman belongs firmly in the second category. Working across autism support, Dr. Jeffrey Selman has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Dr. Jeffrey Selman's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Dr. Jeffrey Selman is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Autism support, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists autism among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Most of the people I work with come to me after trying multiple approaches that haven’t worked—and they’re frustrated that nothing has led to real change." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Dr. Jeffrey Selman apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Dr. Jeffrey Selman's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
