The Coaching Philosophy of Dr. Kristina Clevinger

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Dr. Kristina Clevinger belongs firmly in the second category. Working across eating disorder recovery support, Dr. Kristina Clevinger has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Dr. Kristina Clevinger's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Dr. Kristina Clevinger is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Eating disorder recovery support, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists eating disorders among the issues they work with. From their profile: "You look like you’re holding it together, but inside, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or never quite “good enough.” You may be a teen or young adult who puts a lot of pressure on yourself and struggles with perfectionism, stress, life transitions, relationships, body image, or food." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Dr. Kristina Clevinger apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Dr. Kristina Clevinger's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
