The Coaching Philosophy of Dr. Ludmila Divinsky

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Dr. Ludmila Divinsky belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sleep / recovery, Dr. Ludmila Divinsky has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Dr. Ludmila Divinsky's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.
