The Coaching Philosophy of Emily Persons

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Emily Persons belongs firmly in the second category. Working across workplace accommodations support, Emily Persons has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Pleasantville, NY, Emily Persons's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Emily Persons is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with a workplace focus. In their own words: "I'm a PCC & PCAC certified ADHD Life coach (ICF and ADD Coach Academy), I work with HS & college students, adults and families struggling with ADHD. I help each client break down the barriers, improve self-awareness and build the skills to strengthen the executive functioning so that they can meet their full potential academically, professionally and socially." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Emily Persons apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Emily Persons's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
