The Coaching Philosophy of Erica Keswin

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Erica Keswin belongs firmly in the second category. Working across leadership, Erica Keswin has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Erica Keswin is listed on TrueCoach under Leadership. Their published work focuses on workplace and leadership coaching. Visit their official website for current programmes and availability.

What sets Erica Keswin apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Erica Keswin's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
