The Coaching Philosophy of Faith Higgins

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Faith Higgins belongs firmly in the second category. Working across menopause coaching, Faith Higgins has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, Faith Higgins's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Faith Higgins is a associate professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Menopause coaching, based in Philadelphia, PA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists women's issues among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My ideal client is someone who identifies as a woman or LGBTQIA+ individual who feels overwhelmed by emotions, identity shifts, or relationships." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Faith Higgins apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Faith Higgins's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
