The Coaching Philosophy of Fred Riley

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Fred Riley belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sexual assault survivor support, Fred Riley has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Sandy, UT, Fred Riley's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Fred Riley is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Sexual assault survivor support, based in Sandy, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My ideal clients are those who have struggled with Complex Trauma, often for several years." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Fred Riley apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Fred Riley's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
