The Coaching Philosophy of Gabrielle Abundis

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Gabrielle Abundis belongs firmly in the second category. Working across spiritual coaching, Gabrielle Abundis has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Gabrielle Abundis's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Gabrielle Abundis is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Spiritual coaching, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists spirituality among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I believe that reaching out for therapy is an important and courageous step toward healing." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Gabrielle Abundis apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Gabrielle Abundis's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
