The Coaching Philosophy of Gina Marie Baiamonte

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Gina Marie Baiamonte belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sexual assault survivor support, Gina Marie Baiamonte has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Gina Marie Baiamonte's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Gina Marie Baiamonte is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Sexual assault survivor support, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "IFS, EMDR & Somatic Therapies Ready to move beyond surface-level therapy and get to the root of what’s holding you back?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Gina Marie Baiamonte apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Gina Marie Baiamonte's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
