The Coaching Philosophy of Helene Lichtman

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Helene Lichtman belongs firmly in the second category. Working across bipolar disorder support, Helene Lichtman has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, Helene Lichtman's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Helene Lichtman is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Bipolar disorder support, based in Phoenix, AZ. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists bipolar disorder among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Hello, I'm Helene, a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor licensed to practice in Arizona and Oregon." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Helene Lichtman apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Helene Lichtman's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
