The Coaching Philosophy of Henry Chau

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Henry Chau belongs firmly in the second category. Working across career, Henry Chau has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Seattle, WA, Henry Chau's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Henry Chau is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Career, based in Seattle, WA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists career counseling among the issues they work with. From their profile: "As a counselor, I’ve helped clients with the transition from homelessness to temporary housing and navigate the many mental and behavioral challenges that are involved in that process." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Henry Chau apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Henry Chau's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
