The Coaching Philosophy of Jamie Fletcher

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jamie Fletcher belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ketamine integration, Jamie Fletcher has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Jamie Fletcher's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jamie Fletcher is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Ketamine integration, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions integrat. From their profile: "If you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, overwhelmed by emotions you can’t fully explain, or burdened by beliefs that feel out of sync with who you are today — there’s often more going on beneath the surface." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Jamie Fletcher apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jamie Fletcher's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
