The Coaching Philosophy of Jen Devereaux

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jen Devereaux belongs firmly in the second category. Working across organization & time management, Jen Devereaux has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Everett, WA, Jen Devereaux's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jen Devereaux is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with a organization and time management focus. In their own words: "I'm a Neurodiversity Coach supporting adults with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, PDA, giftedness, and other neurodivergent traits. With 25+ years in education, learning and development, and organizational change — and my own late AuDHD diagnosis — I bring both professional depth and personal understanding to coaching." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Jen Devereaux apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jen Devereaux's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
