The Coaching Philosophy of Jen Lescher

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jen Lescher belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ocd support, Jen Lescher has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Clinical Social Work/Therapist, San Diego, Jen Lescher's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jen Lescher is a OCD and anxiety specialist listed on TrueCoach under OCD support, based in Clinical Social Work/Therapist, San Diego. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists obsessive-compulsive among the issues they work with. From their profile: "If you're struggling with unwanted thoughts, endless doubt, and attempts to control anxiety, fear, and uncertainty then you might be struggling with OCD and/or an anxiety disorder." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Jen Lescher apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jen Lescher's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
