The Coaching Philosophy of Jennifer Bare

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jennifer Bare belongs firmly in the second category. Working across psychedelic-assisted therapy (licensed), Jennifer Bare has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer Bare's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jennifer Bare is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Psychedelic-assisted therapy (licensed), based in Philadelphia, PA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions psychedelic. From their profile: "Life can come with challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, or uncertain about the path ahead." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Jennifer Bare apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jennifer Bare's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
