The Coaching Philosophy of Jenny Santi

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jenny Santi belongs firmly in the second category. Working across psychedelic-assisted therapy (licensed), Jenny Santi has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in New York, NY, Jenny Santi's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jenny Santi is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Psychedelic-assisted therapy (licensed), based in New York, NY. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions psychedelic. From their profile: "My clients come to me with issues that include: feeling that their previous therapist was "just listening" and not practical; grappling with a sense of belonging as a multicultural individual in NYC; facing existential issues of meaning and purpose despite having outward success; dealing with relationship issues, family drama, stress, burnout, confidence issues, impostor syndrome, or lack of fulfillment." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Jenny Santi apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jenny Santi's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
