The Coaching Philosophy of Jeongmi Moon

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jeongmi Moon belongs firmly in the second category. Working across stress management, Jeongmi Moon has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Jeongmi Moon's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jeongmi Moon is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Stress management, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists stress among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I’m a bilingual (English/Korean) licensed clinical psychologist with 14+ years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, relationship and family concerns, identity questions, and life transitions." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Jeongmi Moon apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jeongmi Moon's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
