The Coaching Philosophy of Jessica Worthington

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jessica Worthington belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sex / intimacy, Jessica Worthington has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Jessica Worthington's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jessica Worthington is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under Sex / Intimacy, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sex therapy among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I specialize in couples therapy and marriage counseling for couples who find themselves in the midst of a crisis in their relationship." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Jessica Worthington apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jessica Worthington's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
