The Coaching Philosophy of Josephine Barclay

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Josephine Barclay belongs firmly in the second category. Working across fertility support coaching, Josephine Barclay has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Josephine Barclay's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Josephine Barclay is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Fertility support coaching, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists infertility among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4 years of experience working as a unit therapist at one of Houston's busiest psychiatric hospitals, where I have assisted teens and adults in acute psychiatric distress." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Josephine Barclay apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Josephine Barclay's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
