The Coaching Philosophy of Julissa Artiles

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Julissa Artiles belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic illness adjustment, Julissa Artiles has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Julissa Artiles's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Julissa Artiles is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Chronic illness adjustment, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic illness among the issues they work with. From their profile: "If you're navigating a chronic illness, cancer diagnosis, pregnancy/postpartum changes, or a major life transition and feeling overwhelmed, anxious or disconnected- you're not alone." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Julissa Artiles apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Julissa Artiles's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
