The Coaching Philosophy of Keely Cat-Wells

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Keely Cat-Wells belongs firmly in the second category. Working across workplace accommodations support, Keely Cat-Wells has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in USA, Keely Cat-Wells's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Keely Cat-Wells is listed on TrueCoach under Workplace accommodations support, based in USA. Their published work focuses on disability inclusion. From their website: "Keely Cat-Wells is an entrepreneur, disability rights advocate, and CEO of Making Space & Making Space Media. She champions disability inclusion in media, business, and the workforce, partnering with global leaders and industry giants to drive meaningful change. Explore her work in advocacy, talent development, and accessibility." Visit their official website for current programmes and availability.

What sets Keely Cat-Wells apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Keely Cat-Wells's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
