The Coaching Philosophy of Kelli Freeman

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Kelli Freeman belongs firmly in the second category. Working across addiction recovery coaching, Kelli Freeman has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in New York, NY, Kelli Freeman's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Kelli Freeman is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Addiction recovery coaching, based in New York, NY. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "A firm believer in reciprocity, I believe that therapy is a two way street and sees my role as “igniting the potential within one’s self through greater awareness and insight”." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Kelli Freeman apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Kelli Freeman's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
