The Coaching Philosophy of Kelly Kruger

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Kelly Kruger belongs firmly in the second category. Working across study skills & academic coaching, Kelly Kruger has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Jose, CA, Kelly Kruger's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Kelly Kruger is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with an academic and study skills focus. In their own words: "With over 20 years as a credentialed high school counselor, I have spent my career watching bright, capable students whose grades don't reflect how smart they actually are. That gap between potential and performance is exhausting for students and for the families supporting them." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Kelly Kruger apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Kelly Kruger's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
