The Coaching Philosophy of Kimberly Lauro

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Kimberly Lauro belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic pain support, Kimberly Lauro has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Kimberly Lauro's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Kimberly Lauro is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Chronic pain support, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic pain among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Seeking treatment for depression, anxiety or chronic pain can be challenging, especially when you are feeling down, with little energy and overwhelmed." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Kimberly Lauro apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Kimberly Lauro's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
