The Coaching Philosophy of Kimberly Smoots

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Kimberly Smoots belongs firmly in the second category. Working across autism support, Kimberly Smoots has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Kimberly Smoots's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Kimberly Smoots is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Autism support, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists autism among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My ideal clients are children, teenagers, and adults working through trauma, anxiety, depression, or the school and behavioral demands that come with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Kimberly Smoots apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Kimberly Smoots's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
