The Coaching Philosophy of Kristal Reyes

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Kristal Reyes belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sober coaching, Kristal Reyes has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Ann Arbor, MI, Kristal Reyes's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Kristal Reyes is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Sober coaching, based in Ann Arbor, MI. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "You may be the woman everyone depends on—the one who keeps showing up, holds everything together, and rarely has the space to ask herself, "What about me?" Maybe you're navigating a difficult relationship, healing from past trauma, questioning who you are, or adjusting to a season of life you never expected." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Kristal Reyes apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Kristal Reyes's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
