The Coaching Philosophy of Kristen A. Berglund

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Kristen A. Berglund belongs firmly in the second category. Working across childhood abuse recovery, Kristen A. Berglund has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Portland, OR, Kristen A. Berglund's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Kristen A. Berglund is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Childhood abuse recovery, based in Portland, OR. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I specialize in working with trauma survivors and LGBTQ+ adults, offering a safe, affirming space to heal and grow." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Kristen A. Berglund apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Kristen A. Berglund's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
