The Coaching Philosophy of Kristen Criado

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Kristen Criado belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic illness adjustment, Kristen Criado has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Kristen Criado's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Kristen Criado is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Chronic illness adjustment, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic illness among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My goal is to provide high-quality services to high-achieving clients, whose feelings of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety can get in the way of their success." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Kristen Criado apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Kristen Criado's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
