The Coaching Philosophy of Laila S Lyons

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Laila S Lyons belongs firmly in the second category. Working across addiction recovery coaching, Laila S Lyons has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Nashville, TN, Laila S Lyons's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Laila S Lyons is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Addiction recovery coaching, based in Nashville, TN. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Whether it’s addictions, self worth, identity fractures, deep grief, dark trauma, or anything in between- I offer a safe place to land, learn and lean into WHO and HOW you want to be…now." What sets Laila S Lyons apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Laila S Lyons's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
