The Coaching Philosophy of Lara Dye

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Lara Dye belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Lara Dye has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Lara Dye's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Lara Dye is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My ideal clients are adults (residents of TX or CA) stuck in patterns of anxiety, relationship conflict, or compulsive behaviors — including compulsive sexual behavior, love addiction, mental health disorders and want to understand why." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Lara Dye apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Lara Dye's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
