The Coaching Philosophy of Laura Grafham Knapp

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Laura Grafham Knapp belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ptsd support, Laura Grafham Knapp has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Nashville, TN, Laura Grafham Knapp's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Laura Grafham Knapp is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under PTSD support, based in Nashville, TN. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists trauma and ptsd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "When you cut a tree down and look at the growth rings added every year, you can see the way fire, water, wind, and people have impacted its life each year." What sets Laura Grafham Knapp apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.
