The Coaching Philosophy of Laura Greer

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Laura Greer belongs firmly in the second category. Working across complex trauma support, Laura Greer has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Laura Greer's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Laura Greer is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Complex trauma support, based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists dissociative among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Are you a highly-motivated, thoughtful professional who still feels stuck in painful patterns – in partnerships, family dynamics, or your relationship with your body and emotions?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Laura Greer apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Laura Greer's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
