The Coaching Philosophy of Leslie Mower Kimsey

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Leslie Mower Kimsey belongs firmly in the second category. Working across addiction recovery coaching, Leslie Mower Kimsey has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Nashville, TN, Leslie Mower Kimsey's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Leslie Mower Kimsey is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Addiction recovery coaching, based in Nashville, TN. What sets Leslie Mower Kimsey apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.
