The Coaching Philosophy of Leslie Saunders

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Leslie Saunders belongs firmly in the second category. Working across menopause coaching, Leslie Saunders has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Washington, DC, Leslie Saunders's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Leslie Saunders is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Menopause coaching, based in Washington, DC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists women's issues among the issues they work with. From their profile: "People who find their way to my practice are ready for something more — whether that means deeper relationships, a career that feels aligned, or more satisfaction in everyday life." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Leslie Saunders apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Leslie Saunders's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
