The Coaching Philosophy of Linda Hardy

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Linda Hardy belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Linda Hardy has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Prairieville, LA, Linda Hardy's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Linda Hardy is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in Prairieville, LA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I enjoy working with clients who are struggling to deal with overpowering emotions, manage problem behaviors, or navigate difficult relationships." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Linda Hardy apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Linda Hardy's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
