The Coaching Philosophy of Lindsey Hardegree

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Lindsey Hardegree belongs firmly in the second category. Working across money / wealth, Lindsey Hardegree has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Lindsey Hardegree's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Lindsey Hardegree is a YNAB Certified Coach listed on TrueCoach under Money / Wealth, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Their coaching practice is listed as Get Organized Y’all and offers budgeting and money coaching (remote). Focus areas listed in the YNAB Certified Coach Directory: life transitions, small business owners, college grads.

What sets Lindsey Hardegree apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Lindsey Hardegree's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
