The Coaching Philosophy of Lisa Boselli

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Lisa Boselli belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Lisa Boselli has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in New York, NY, Lisa Boselli's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Lisa Boselli is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in New York, NY. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—whether due to past trauma, overwhelming anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, or a sense that something just isn’t right." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Lisa Boselli apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Lisa Boselli's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
