The Coaching Philosophy of Luis Gabriel Garcia

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Luis Gabriel Garcia belongs firmly in the second category. Working across family support around addiction, Luis Gabriel Garcia has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Luis Gabriel Garcia's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Luis Gabriel Garcia is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Family support around addiction, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists codependency among the issues they work with. From their profile: "From in-patient treatment to outpatient private practice, you’ll be working with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor trained in EMDR who can sit with intensity without being overwhelmed by it, so you don’t have to hold back or clean things up before bringing things in." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Luis Gabriel Garcia apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Luis Gabriel Garcia's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
