The Coaching Philosophy of Luisa Martinez-Cruz

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Luisa Martinez-Cruz belongs firmly in the second category. Working across domestic violence / ipv support, Luisa Martinez-Cruz has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, Luisa Martinez-Cruz's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Luisa Martinez-Cruz is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under Domestic violence / IPV support, based in Las Vegas, NV. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists domestic abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Are you navigating the emotional pain of divorce, experiencing the lasting effects of domestic abuse, or struggling with grief and trauma that feels impossible to overcome?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Luisa Martinez-Cruz apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Luisa Martinez-Cruz's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
