The Coaching Philosophy of Mackenzie Gabreski

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Mackenzie Gabreski belongs firmly in the second category. Working across eating disorder recovery support, Mackenzie Gabreski has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Denver, CO, Mackenzie Gabreski's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Mackenzie Gabreski is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Eating disorder recovery support, based in Denver, CO. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists eating disorders among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I specialize in working with adults, ages 18 and up, who struggle with body image distress, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and eating disorders who are looking to heal their relationship with themselves and food." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Mackenzie Gabreski apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Mackenzie Gabreski's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
