The Coaching Philosophy of Madison Straits

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Madison Straits belongs firmly in the second category. Working across somatic integration, Madison Straits has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Madison Straits's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Madison Straits is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Somatic integration, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists somatic among their treatment approaches and mentions somatic. From their profile: "As an associate therapist (ACSW 130566) with a Master’s of Social Work, I analyze how one’s systems, relationships, and environments impact functioning." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Madison Straits apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Madison Straits's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
