The Coaching Philosophy of Malik-Hakim Kadir

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Malik-Hakim Kadir belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Malik-Hakim Kadir has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Portland, OR, Malik-Hakim Kadir's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.
