The Coaching Philosophy of Marie Dennis

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Marie Dennis belongs firmly in the second category. Working across study skills & academic coaching, Marie Dennis has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Lancaster, PA, Marie Dennis's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Marie Dennis is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with an academic and study skills focus. In their own words: "Lancaster ADHD Solutions provides personalized ADHD coaching for adults, students, couples, parents, and families. Coaching supports clients in building executive function skills, reducing overwhelm, and developing strategies that align with how their brains work best." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Marie Dennis apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Marie Dennis's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
